Tiny Apple Return & Exchange Policy
At Tiny Apple Fabric & Crafts, we know that sometimes a fabric looks different in your sewing room than it did on the screen. Because we want you to love your finished project, our "You’ll Love It" Guarantee includes returns on cut yardage—giving you the peace of mind to shop and create without worry.
Our 30-Day Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (or purchasing in-store) to request a return.
The "You’ll Love It" Guarantee (Fabric & Yardage)
To be eligible for a return, your fabric must be in the same condition that you received it. To ensure we can find a new home for the fabric, it must meet the following criteria:

Original Cut: The fabric must be the full, continuous length originally ordered.

Pristine Condition: It must be unwashed, unstarched, and free of any odors (such as smoke, perfume, or pets).

Resaleable: It must be in "like-new" condition, free of additional cuts or marks.
How to Start a Return
In-Store: Simply bring your item and your receipt into the shop within 30 days.
Online:

Contact Us: Email help@tinyapplefabric.com to start your return authorization.

Standard Returns: If the return is due to a "choice" (you changed your mind or the color wasn't what you expected), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Mistake: If there is a defect, damage, or we sent the wrong item, we will make it right at our expense. Whether that involves a prepaid return label, a shipping refund, or a replacement, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization cannot be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To protect our designers and the quality of our unique items, the following are Final Sale:

Patterns: Due to copyright laws, all paper and digital patterns are non-returnable.

Samples: Finished samples and floor models.

Clearance: Any items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Classes & Events
We understand that life happens! Our policy for classes and events is as follows:

Cancellations: You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the class begins.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within that 7-day window are eligible for a store credit or a one-time reschedule.

No-Shows: No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of class are unfortunately not eligible for refunds or credits.

Transferring your spot: If you can't make it, feel free to send a friend in your place! Just email us at help@tinyapplefabric.com with their name so we can update our roster.

If Tiny Apple Cancels: If we must cancel due to weather, low enrollment, or instructor illness, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to the next available date.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at help@tinyapplefabric.com. We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can get the right product into your hands as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
