Quilted Sneakers Kit - Natural

This Sneaker Starter Pack will get you started making a pair of quilted sneaker style shoes in one of three styles, low-top, mid-top, or high-top. This intermediate-level project includes a pair of shoe insoles and outsoles, pattern, waxed thread, and a specialty needle. Each sole has indentations marking where the stitches should be placed.

The sneaker soles are sized with European sizes. Be sure to select the best size from the chart shown in the product images. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, be sure to reach out. We're happy to help.

Additional Items Needed (not included):
● Happy Feet! Guide To Making Quilted Sneakers
● Main Fabric - 1 fat quarter of quilting cotton or canvas (if your shoe size is 42 or larger get 1/2 yard)
● Lining/Binding Fabric - 1/2 yard of quilting cotton or canvas (the binding on the shoes is quite narrow, so quilting weight fabric is a bit easier to work with)
● Woven Fusible Interfacing (if using quilting cotton) - 1/2 yard of SF101 or similar
● Foam Stabilizer - 1/2 yard of Bosal In R Form or byAnnies Soft and Stable are highly recommended
● Eyelets and setting tools - 2 part eyelets with an inner diameter of 3/16" (up to 32 eyelets for the hi-top version, fewer for the low-top)
● 2mm and 4mm fabric punches
● Permanent flexible fabric glue
● Coordinating Thread
● Wonderclips
● A sharp stiletto - the Alex Anderson 4 in 1 Sewing Tool is recommended
● A hard thimble with deep pips - the Nailed It Open Thimbles by The Gypsy Quilter are recommended
● Shoelaces - 60" for hi-tops, 45" for low-tops
