Here-There by Marcia Derse - River Rock - Bougainvillea

In creating her very first batik collection Marcia Derse sought out new ways of designing. Nestled in a tattered box of old carving tools she found a small stamp etched from an eraser that she had made years before. Reassured in finding a familiar place to start, her new marks traveled from her Pacific-North west island to far away Indonesia to have a conversation revolving around color.
