Under-Appreciated Fabric Contest: Flowerland Edition

Give this "hidden gem" a second chance to shine!

Make something fabulous and you could win a prize.  First place is $100 in Tiny Apple Account Credit

The Rules:

1.    Purchase the under-appreciated fabric.  We reserve the right to limit quantities.
2.    Sew something fabulous.  It can be a table runner, quilt, pillow, bag, garment, etc.  Let your creativity run wild!  There are no size requirements or restrictions, but the project must be fully finished.  Avoid obvious marks or signatures that would identify your submission (for example, do not embroider your name on the front of project), though a small, inconspicuous tag to indicate ownership is fine.
3.    If you are using a commercial pattern, be sure to provide that information with your submission.
4.    Use any other fabrics you’d like to complete the project, but the under-appreciated fabric must be identifiable.  
5.    Drop off your finished project at Tiny Apple during regular business hours on or before Friday, May 1st, 2026.  You may mail in your project during that same period.  Return shipping will be at your expense, though we'd be happy to include your project in with your next shipped order from Tiny Apple.
6.    Voting begins Friday, May 1st and ends Sunday, May 31st.   Ballots will be given to any visitor of the shop.  
7.    The votes will be tallied and a winner announced on Tuesday, June 2nd.  Account credit of $100 will be added to the winner’s account.

For our friends across the country, a second contest has been announced.  If you are unable or would prefer not to display your project in the shop, post a picture of your finished project to our Facebook group, Tiny Apple Orchard on or before May 31st.  From all who submit photos on Tiny Apple Orchard, a winner will be randomly selected on Tuesday, June 2nd.  Account credit of $25 will be added to the winner’s account.
